Concrete composite water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete admixtures, and particularly discloses a concrete composite water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof.The concrete composite water reducing agent comprises cationic modified polycarboxylic acid, triethanolamine and superfine slag powder; the cationic modified polycarboxylic acid comprises isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, an oxidizing agent, a component A drop and a component B drop, and the component A drop comprises an acrylic monomer and an unsaturated acid ester monomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing cation modified polycarboxylic acid; and S2, mixing the superfine slag powder, triethanolamine and cationic modified polycarboxylic acid, uniformly stirring, drying at room temperature for 1-2 hours, and drying in an oven at 40-50 DEG C for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain the concrete composite water reducing agent. The concrete composite water reducing agent prepared by the invention is suitable for cement with high C3A content.
