The invention relates to the technical field of artificial joint materials, in particular to a preparation method of alpha-aluminum oxide powder, artificial joint ceramic powder and a preparation method. The preparation method of the alpha-aluminum oxide powder comprises the following steps: by taking gamma-aluminum oxide as a raw material, adding water and organic acid for soaking, sanding slurry, filtering, and washing a filter cake to obtain an aluminum oxide wet material; stirring and mixing the aluminum oxide wet material and the magnesium-loaded modified resin coating liquid, and carrying out spray drying granulation to obtain modified resin coated aluminum oxide; and calcining and grinding the dried aluminum oxide to obtain the alpha-aluminum oxide powder. The method can be used for preparing artificial joint ceramic powder, and test results show that the obtained artificial joint has high bending strength, fracture toughness and wear resistance and excellent comprehensive performance.
本发明涉及人工关节材料技术领域,具体涉及α‑氧化铝粉体的制备方法、人工关节陶瓷粉体和制备方法。本发明的α‑氧化铝粉体的制备方法,以γ‑氧化铝为原料,加入水和有机酸浸泡,砂磨浆料进行过滤并洗涤滤饼得到氧化铝湿料;氧化铝湿料和负载镁的改性树脂包覆液搅拌混合,进行喷雾干燥制粒得到改性树脂包覆氧化铝;将干燥所得氧化铝,进行煅烧研磨即得α‑氧化铝粉体。该方法可用于人工关节陶瓷粉体的制备,试验结果显示,所得到的人工关节具有较高的弯曲强度、断裂韧性和耐磨性,综合性能优异。
