The invention discloses a grouting method for hydraulic engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering grouting, and the grouting method comprises the following steps: step 1, a stirring mechanism stirs and mixes asphalt to be prepared; 2, the prepared asphalt is conveyed through a discharging mechanism; thirdly, asphalt on the ground is leveled through a leveling mechanism; according to the grouting method, when asphalt is conveyed, a discharging mechanism is adopted for increasing the conveying speed, a sliding frame drives a discharging pipe to move leftwards under the cooperation of a hinged frame and the sliding frame, the discharging pipe rotates clockwise while moving leftwards and communicates with a communicating pipe, and then the communicating pipe is driven to move in a conveying pipe to shorten the conveying time of the asphalt; and when the communicating pipe moves leftwards, the vibrating part blocks the opening of the conveying pipe, so that the communicating pipe performs negative pressure work in the sealed conveying pipe, and the conveying effect of asphalt is further accelerated.
