An anti-seismic soft layer is arranged at the gap, the anti-seismic soft layer is connected with the decorative plate and pulls the decorative plate upwards, and a rotatable limiting piece used for limiting the decorative plate is arranged on the anti-seismic soft layer; a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the keel frame, limiting columns are meshed in the limiting holes through threads, one sides of the limiting columns are inserted into the limiting holes and then connected with the decoration plate, and the limiting holes are formed in the anti-seismic soft layer.
