The shower room comprises a shower room body, a glass heating unit, a bath heater unit, a temperature sensing module and a control unit, the shower room body at least comprises a fixed glass fan, and the glass heating unit is arranged at the lower end of the fixed glass fan and provides heat for a lower section of the lower half portion of the shower room body. The bath heater unit is one of a lamp heating bath heater or an air heating bath heater and provides heat for the upper section of the shower room body, the temperature sensing module is used for detecting the temperature of the upper section and the lower section in the shower room body, and the control unit receives signals of the temperature sensing module and outputs the signals to control the bath heater unit and the glass heating unit. The power of the glass heating unit and the bath heater unit can be automatically adjusted according to the temperature range of the upper section and the lower section, and more energy is saved on the premise that the temperature of the shower room is rapidly increased.
