The invention relates to a composite cementing material taking silicon-aluminum solid waste as a raw material and a preparation method of the composite cementing material, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste recycling and composite cementing materials. The composite cementing material taking the silicon-aluminum solid waste as the raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-35 parts of bauxite powder, 30-35 parts of slag, 15-30 parts of spontaneous combustion coal gangue powder and 3-6 parts of an activating agent, and the water-binder ratio is 0.3-0.34. According to the present invention, the low-activity bauxite powder can be utilized to prepare the high-performance composite cementing material, such that the raw material source of the cementing material preparation is expanded, the large amount of the industrial bulk solid waste can be consumed, and the environmental pollution is reduced. Meanwhile, a feasible basic scheme is provided for large-scale consumption of tailings rich in silicon and aluminum components.
