Method for compounding, reinforcing and modifying recycled aggregate
The invention discloses a method for composite reinforced modification of recycled aggregate, which comprises a composite reinforced modification method using binding material reinforcement and chemical solution soaking reinforcement, and specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out composite cement slurry wrapping reinforced modification on the recycled aggregate by taking active minerals as admixtures; and secondly, carrying out secondary reinforcement, soaking the recycled aggregate by using a sodium silicate solution, a polyvinyl alcohol solution and a nano-silica sol solution as composite chemical solutions, and finally obtaining the modified recycled aggregate. The recycled aggregate is subjected to composite reinforcement by utilizing a composite reinforcement modification method of cementing material reinforcement and chemical solution soaking reinforcement, so that the water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate is reduced, the effect of the method is superior to that of a common single reinforcement mode, microcracks in the recycled aggregate are effectively filled, the surface of the recycled aggregate is modified and reinforced, and the service life of the recycled aggregate is prolonged. Therefore, the composite reinforced recycled aggregate has excellent mechanical properties and low water absorption rate.
