The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a caulking material for road crack pouring and a preparation method of the caulking material. The caulking material for road crack pouring is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of bacillus preparation, 25 to 40 parts of azotobacter chroococcum preparation, 15 to 20 parts of staphylococcus pasteurii preparation, 8 to 12 parts of calcium chloride, 100 to 150 parts of calcium lactate, 30 to 35 parts of urea, 22 to 35 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 10 to 12 parts of phthalate, 70 to 80 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 200 to 300 parts of coal ash, 150 to 200 parts of apatite and 200 to 250 parts of water. The invention further provides a preparation method of the caulking material. The prepared caulking material for road crack pouring has the excellent characteristics of self-repairing, difficulty in cracking, high strength and the like.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种公路灌缝用的嵌缝材料及其制备方法,其中,公路灌缝用的嵌缝材料包括以下重量份的原料:芽孢杆菌制剂20‑30份、圆褐固氮菌制剂25‑40份、巴氏葡萄球菌制剂15‑20份、氯化钙8‑12份、乳酸钙100‑150份、尿素30‑35份、聚丙烯酸钠22‑35份、邻苯二甲酸酯10‑12份、羧甲基纤维素钠70‑80份、粉煤灰200‑300份、磷灰石150‑200份、水200‑250份。本发明还提供了该嵌缝材料的制备方法,制得的公路灌缝用的嵌缝材料具有可自修复、不易开裂、强度高等优良特性。
