The invention discloses a quick-drying concrete material for pavement plugging and a preparation method thereof. The quick-drying concrete material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of Portland cement clinker; 30 to 60 parts of fly ash; 1-6 parts of a curing agent; 1-3 parts of a quick drying agent; 1-5 parts of a defoaming agent; 2-10 parts of calcium sulfate; 5-25 parts of an organic adhesive; 50-75 parts of fresh water; 120 to 200 parts of fine aggregate; 100 to 150 parts of coarse aggregate; 50 to 80 parts of glass particles; 10 to 40 parts of steel-polyolefin hybrid fiber; 1-5 parts of a thickening time control agent; and 1-5 parts of a flow regulator. The quick-drying concrete material has the advantage of being convenient to pour, and the problems that in the using process of an existing quick-drying concrete material for road surface leaking stoppage, the concrete setting time is too short, the flowability is low, the difficulty that a worker pours concrete into cracks is increased, the using strength and the bearing pressure of the concrete are low, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged are solved. And subsequent cracking and damage are easily caused.
