The invention belongs to the technical field of road sweeping equipment, and particularly relates to a high-suspension sweeping disc adjusting device which is arranged on a sweeper for use, the sweeper comprises a carriage, and a water tank is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the side face of the carriage. The high-suspension sweeping disc adjusting device comprises a sweeping disc rebounding device which is installed at the bottom end of a first hydraulic rod and the bottom end of a second hydraulic rod in a hinged mode and used for cleaning the ground. A first scraping device is connected into the lifting plate in a rolling mode, and a springback starting box is installed at the bottom end of the first telescopic rod in a rolling mode. A third rolling plate of the first scraping device can clean soil on the ground which is rolled by an automobile and attached to the ground, a first reciprocating threaded rod and a sliding rod can drive the third rolling plate to shake when the third rolling plate scrapes the soil on the ground, then the scraped soil is shaken away, and when a rolling wheel broom passes, the third rolling plate is driven to shake away, so that the ground is scraped away. Therefore, the cleaning capacity of the sweeping disc is improved.
