Pit-in-pit construction method for ultra-deep foundation pit adjacent to existing building
The invention relates to a pit-in-pit construction method for an ultra-deep foundation pit adjacent to an existing building, and belongs to the technical field of foundation pit construction. Before the foundation pit is excavated, three-axis deep stirring piles, a continuous wall and a pit-in-pit enclosure structure are constructed, and straight piles and inclined piles are included; redundant straight piles, inclined piles and three-axis deep stirring piles are continuously removed in the excavation foundation pit; digging a pit-in-pit from the top of the enclosure structure, and constructing a ring beam and a bracket; a bottom plate on the side, away from the pit-in-pit, of the foundation pit extends to a bracket, the ring beam above the pit-in-pit is poured to the bracket, and a construction joint between the ring beam and the bottom plate falls on the bracket; the center of the pit-in-pit parallel to the position where the existing building is located is divided into two sections along the two sides of the pit-in-pit, each section is divided into a plurality of subsections, each subsection is divided into three layers, excavation is conducted towards the center of the pit-in-pit at the same time, steel supports are installed in time during excavation of each layer, and construction of a bottom plate and side walls is completed when excavation is conducted to the third layer. The method can overcome the influence of the soft soil layer on the Yangtze river side and prevent the adjacent existing building from being damaged.
