The invention discloses a steel supporting device capable of being rapidly assembled and a construction method thereof.The steel supporting device comprises two symmetrically-arranged steel columns and a transverse column arranged between the steel columns, flanges are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the steel columns, the tops of the steel columns are connected with the transverse column in an inserted mode, gears are rotationally arranged at the tops of the steel columns, and the gears are connected with the flanges in an inserted mode; a clamping block and a pressing block are arranged on the two sides of the gear correspondingly, a compression spring is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the pressing block, the end, away from the pressing block, of the compression spring abuts against the inner wall of the steel column, a cavity is formed in the lower end of the steel column, and a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cavity.
