Open caisson integrated comprehensive grounding structure
According to the open caisson integrated comprehensive grounding structure, an open caisson wall, a frame column, a frame beam and an open caisson inner partition wall are connected through internal steel bars to form a natural grounding electrode, and concrete is poured to form an integrated frame structure; a circle of open caisson blade feet are arranged at the lower end of the open caisson wall; the reinforcing steel bars in the open caisson wall are connected with the blade foot reinforcing steel bars in the open caisson blade foot; grounding steel shoes are arranged at the lower end of the open caisson blade foot and the lower end of the open caisson inner partition wall; the grounding steel shoes are connected in a welding manner to form an artificial grounding grid; the grounding steel shoes are connected with the blade foot reinforcing steel bars or the partition wall reinforcing steel bars in the corresponding open caisson inner partition wall through a plurality of leading reinforcing steel bars; and the plurality of connecting steel bars are vertically and crossly connected with the steel bars of the corresponding open caisson blade foot or the steel bars of the corresponding open caisson inner partition wall close to the lower end. The construction foundation trench of the grounding grid of the open caisson structure can be free of excavation, secondary assembly of grounding equipment is avoided, and the problem of burying of a grounding electrode under a bottom plate of an existing open caisson is solved.
本发明公开了沉井一体化综合接地结构,沉井井壁、框架柱、框架梁和沉井内隔墙通过将内部的钢筋互相连接形成自然接地极,并浇筑混凝土形成整体的框架结构;沉井井壁下端的位置设有一圈沉井刃脚;沉井井壁内的钢筋与沉井刃脚内的刃脚钢筋连接;沉井刃脚的下端,以及沉井内隔墙的下端均设有设有接地钢靴;且接地钢靴通过焊接方式连接形成人工接地网;接地钢靴与刃脚钢筋或者与相应的沉井内隔墙内的隔墙钢筋之间均通过多根引接钢筋连接;多根引接钢筋均与相应的沉井刃脚的钢筋,或者相应的沉井内隔墙靠近下端的部分的钢筋垂直交叉连接。本发明能够实现沉井结构接地网施工基槽免开挖、免接地设备二次组装,解决现有沉井底板下接地极的埋设难题。
