The invention relates to the technical field of liquefied natural gas transportation and distribution, and provides a semi-ground-sitting semi-pile-foundation LNG storage tank foundation structure which comprises a first bedrock bearing layer, a second bedrock bearing layer, a composite foundation structure and a supporting structure, the second bedrock bearing layer is lower than the first bedrock bearing layer, and the first bedrock bearing layer and the second bedrock bearing layer are continuously arranged; the composite foundation structure comprises a plurality of engineering piles and bottom plates, and the bottom plates comprise the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate. The first bottom plate covers the first bedrock bearing stratum to form a ground foundation structure; a plurality of engineering piles are arranged on the second bedrock bearing stratum at intervals to form a pile foundation structure; the second bottom plate covers the multiple engineering piles, the tops of the multiple engineering piles are rigidly connected with the second bottom plate, and the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are located in the same plane; the supporting structure is arranged on the composite foundation structure and used for supporting the LNG storage tank. The structure combining the ground foundation structure and the pile foundation structure is adopted, the foundation rigidity is leveled, and differential settlement is limited.
