The invention discloses a waterproof structure for a bottom plate settlement post-cast strip. The waterproof structure comprises a cushion layer, a waterproof layer, a bottom plate layer, the post-cast strip, an externally-pasted rubber water-stop belt, a putty type water-swelling water-stop strip, a steel plate water-stop belt and slow-expansion type water-swelling water-stop glue. The invention further provides a construction method of the waterproof structure for the bottom plate settlement post-cast strip. By scientifically and reasonably combining and arranging waterproof measures such as the steel plate water stop belt, the slow expansion type water-swelling water stop glue and the putty type water-swelling water stop strip, the problems that a traditional settlement type bottom plate post-cast strip is high in leakage rate, difficult to construct and the like are solved.
