Multi-stage multi-pollutant split-flow water distribution system
The invention discloses a multi-stage multi-pollutant shunting water distribution device system which comprises a plurality of overflow box bodies with openings in the upper end faces, a plurality of water collecting tanks with openings in the upper end faces, a plurality of water tanks and a plurality of peristaltic pumps, spoilers and baffles are arranged in the box bodies and divide the inner space of the box bodies into turbulent flow chambers, static flow chambers and outflow chambers, and overflowing holes are densely distributed in the spoilers. The height of the flow separation plate can be adjusted, and a plurality of flow outlet holes meeting different overflowing requirements are distributed in a box body of the static flow chamber; compartments with the same number as the outflow orifices of the overflow box body are separated in the water collecting tank, and a water outlet pipe connector connected with an external water pipe is arranged at the lower part of each compartment; the peristaltic pump pumps and presses water in the water tank into the overflow box body through the water flow thin pipe, and the peristaltic pump is protected by the storage box. The system disclosed by the invention can be used for automatically adjusting and distributing relatively large incoming water flow according to combination requirements of different flow grades, different concentration grades of different pollutants and the like designed by a test, and external high-concentration pollutant stock liquid is introduced, so that automatic grading of outflow and outflow concentration is realized.
本发明公开了一种多级多污染物分流配水装置系统,包括多个上端面开口的溢流箱体、多个上端面开口的集水槽、多个水箱、多个蠕动泵,箱体内设有将其内部空间分为紊流室、静流室和出流室的阻流板和隔流板,阻流板上密布过流孔,隔流板高度可调节,静流室的箱体上分布有多个满足不同过流要求的出流孔口;集水槽内分隔有与溢流箱体出流孔口数量相同的隔间,每个隔间下部设有与外部水管相连的出水管接口;蠕动泵通过水流细管将水箱中水体泵压进溢流箱体中,蠕动泵被储物箱保护。本发明的系统可根据试验设计的不同流量等级、不同污染物的不同浓度等级等组合要求对较大来水流量进行自动调节和分配,引入外部高浓度污染物储备液体,实现对出流量和出流浓度的自动分级。
