The invention discloses an automatic floating type waterproof door which comprises a pressure-bearing seat, a waterproof module and a water guide module, the pressure-bearing seat is used for bearing water flow impact, the pressure-bearing seat is provided with a guide part used for guiding the waterproof module in a sliding mode in the longitudinal direction, the waterproof module comprises a bearing part, and the lower side of the bearing part is provided with a door body and a buoyancy part. The water guide module comprises a ground groove located in the bottom of the pressure bearing base and a drainage pipeline communicated with the bottom of the ground groove, one end of the door body is connected with the ground groove, the door body has the trend of being converted from the unfolded state to the curled state, and when no water exists in the ground groove, the door body and the buoyancy part are located in the ground groove and the door body is in the curled state.
