The invention provides a sealing rubber strip for an oxygen cabin. The sealing rubber strip is annular. The sealing rubber strip is composed of a basic face, a dovetail face, a pressed face, a contact face, an arc face and a fixing face. The basic surface and the contact surface form upper and lower surfaces of the sealing rubber strip and are parallel to each other; the basic surface is shorter than the contact surface; the dovetail surfaces are two inward inclined side surfaces of the sealing rubber strip and are connected with the basic surface; the arc surfaces are longitudinally connected to the two ends of the contact surface; the compression surface is connected with the arc surface, is inward in direction and has an inclination angle; the fixing surface is used for vertically connecting the dovetail surface with the pressed surface; an included angle formed by the two dovetail surfaces is 70 degrees; the inclination angle of the pressed surface is 5 degrees; the sealing rubber strip is made of rubber; by means of the dovetail design, installation, disassembly and replacement are convenient, the sealing device is installed at the sealing joint portion of the pressed portion of the oxygen cabin door, the sealing performance of the sealing device is remarkably improved along with pressure rising, sealing is reliable, and installation is convenient.
