Limit space large-diameter shield tunneling machine long-distance translation arrival construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for long-distance translation arrival of a large-diameter shield tunneling machine in a limit space. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively paving steel plates with tracks on guide tables on the left and right sides of a tunnel; (2) brackets are arranged on the left side and the right side of the shield tunneling machine after the shield tunneling machine goes out of the hole, roller carriers with rollers are installed at the bottoms of the brackets, meanwhile, a bearing tank is arranged at the bottom of the shield tunneling machine, and the shield tunneling machine is transferred and butted to the track; (3) the shield tunneling machine is disconnected from the trolley in a power-off mode; (4) a rail clamping device is installed on the rail, and the shield tunneling machine is pushed to move horizontally through a pushing oil cylinder; and (5) after the shield tunneling machine translates to the maximum stroke of the pushing oil cylinder every time, the stroke of the pushing oil cylinder is shrunk, the rail clamping device is detached, moves forwards and then is reinstalled, then the pushing oil cylinder is used for pushing again, and the operation is repeated till translation of the shield tunneling machine is completed. By means of the method, the large-diameter shield tunneling machine can be safely and efficiently moved out of the hole in the limit space, and the method has the advantages of being high in safety, high in operability and low in construction risk.
一种极限空间大直径盾构机长距离平移到达施工方法,步骤为:1)在隧道左右两侧的导台上分别铺设带轨道的钢板;2)盾构机出洞后在盾构机左右两侧设置牛腿,牛腿底部安装带滚轮的滚轮架,同时在盾构机的底部布置承重坦克,盾构机转移对接到轨道上;3)进行断电分离盾构机与台车的连接;4)在轨道上安装夹轨器,利用顶推油缸顶推盾构机进行平移;5)盾构机每平移至顶推油缸最大行程后,收缩顶推油缸行程并将夹轨器拆卸进行前移后重新安装,然后再次利用顶推油缸进行顶推,反复进行该操作直至盾构机平移完成。该方法能够实现大直径盾构机在极限空间内安全高效平移出洞,具有安全性高、可操作性强、施工风险低的特点。
