Pumping system
The invention discloses a pumping system, which belongs to the field of concrete pumping and comprises a main cylinder body, a swing mechanism and a conveying pipe. The main cylinder body comprises two main oil cylinders and two pumping valves, and a glasses plate is arranged between valve ports of the two pumping valves. The swing mechanism comprises a plurality of execution mechanisms, two swing rods, two cutting rings and two swing hoses. The conveying pipe comprises a main pipe, two branch pipes and a reversing valve. According to the pumping system, the switching mode of an original cutting ring is changed, radial swing of the cutting ring relative to the pumping valve is changed into axial swing of the cutting ring relative to the pumping valve, so that the swing path of the cutting ring is fixed, the swing path is not affected by the machining precision of the switching valve and the swing precision of the swing cylinder any more, and the machining precision of the cutting ring is improved. The impact and corrosion of the high-pressure concrete to the cutting ring and the wear plate are reduced, the service life of the pumping system is remarkably prolonged, and the pumping efficiency of the concrete is guaranteed.
