Biodegradable PVC floor/wallboard
The invention discloses a biodegradable PVC (polyvinyl chloride) floor/wallboard, which relates to the technical field of boards and comprises four layers of structures, namely a UV (ultraviolet) protective layer, a PVC transparent layer, a PVC pattern layer and a PVC base material layer from top to bottom in sequence, the PVC transparent layer, the PVC pattern layer and the PVC base material layer all contain anaerobic biodegradable master batches; the biodegradable PVC floor/wallboard can be quickly and automatically degraded after being buried in the natural environment, the decomposed substances do not generate negative harm to the environment, when the board is normally used, due to the fact that the board is in the oxygen environment, the decomposition condition does not occur, the board can be degraded only after being scrapped and buried, and the board is not prone to damage. Meanwhile, the requirement for protecting the environment can be met, the current life concept is met, manufacturing is easy, no special technology is needed, and production is convenient.
本发明公开了一种可生物降解的PVC地板/墙板,涉及板材技术领域,包括四层结构,从上到下依次为UV保护层、PVC透明层、PVC花色层、PVC基材层;PVC透明层、PVC花色层、PVC基材层均含有厌氧生物降解母粒;本发明的可生物降解的PVC地板/墙板,在自然环境掩埋后,能够较快的进行自行降解,并且分解后的物质不会对环境产生负面的危害,板材在正常使用时,由于处于氧气环境中,不会出现分解状况,仅在报废后经过掩埋处理后,才会进行降解,不影响正常的使用,同时还能够满足保护环境的要求,符合现在的生活理念,并且制作简单,无需特别工艺,生产方便。
