The invention relates to a preparation method of an infrared radiation composite phase aluminum phosphate material. A triclinic phase/cubic phase aluminum phosphate and lanthanum phosphate composite material is synthesized at a relatively low temperature by using an easy-to-control sol-gel method; compared with other methods, the preparation method has the advantages of single reaction condition, simple preparation process and high yield, can better control the morphology and structure of the material, is easy for mass production of target products, is low in cost, and is easy for industrial production; the synthesized composite material has excellent sunlight reflectivity; the medium and far infrared emissivity is relatively high in an atmospheric window wave band; the material has a good cooling effect in an actual temperature measurement test, so that the material has excellent performance in the field of radiation refrigeration.
本发明一种红外辐射复合相磷酸铝材料的制备方法,使用易控制的溶胶凝胶法在较低温度下合成了三斜相/立方相磷酸铝与磷酸镧复合材料;反应条件单一,制备过程简单,产率较高,相较于其他方法可以更好的控制材料的形貌和结构,容易大批量生产目标产物,且成本低廉,易于工业化生产;合成的复合材料具有优异的太阳光反射率;并且在大气窗口波段具有较高的中远红外发射率;在实际测温测试中具有较好的降温效果,因此在辐射制冷领域表现出优异的性能。
