Tungsten tailing-based geopolymer curing material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy metal pollution remediation, and particularly provides a tungsten tailing-based geopolymer curing material which comprises a solid raw material and a liquid raw material, the solid raw materials comprise 40-60 parts of tungsten tailing powder and 40-60 parts of metakaolin; the liquid raw material comprises an alkali activator solution. According to the tungsten tailing-based geopolymer curing material provided by the invention, the activity of metakaolin is excited in an alkaline solution environment, the metakaolin reacts with potential gelling substances in tungsten tailings to form an inorganic high polymer with a net structure, and heavy metal ions are cured, so that short-process, high-valued and high-absorptive building material utilization of tailing resources is realized; and the potential environmental problem of heavy metal ions in the tailings in the stockpiling process is also avoided. The invention also provides a preparation method of the tungsten tailing-based geopolymer curing material, the process is simple, the flow is short, the production cost is low, the treatment of the tailings containing the heavy metals can be effectively realized, and the efficient curing of the heavy metal ions is realized.
