The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying an oily release agent on a concrete duct piece mold for 12 hours in advance, spraying a water-based release agent on the concrete duct piece mold after 2 hours, and adding the aluminoferrite cement, the steam-curing-free functional material, the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant reinforcing material, the fiber, the water reducing agent, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate and the water into a stirrer according to the formula ratio to obtain the aluminoferrite cement concrete for the duct piece.
