According to the concrete external curing agent, the water locking component has a large number of hydrophilic groups and a network structure with a certain degree of crosslinking, the water locking component and the styrene-acrylic emulsion can form a water locking protective film well, and therefore the concrete external curing agent has a good curing effect, and the reinforcing component is triethanolamine, so that the reinforcing effect is good. According to the present invention, the EM bacterial liquid is adopted as the system adjustment component, and the bacterial colony is adopted to degrade the curing film formed by the curing agent in the later period in the short time so as to effectively control the action time of the curing agent, such that the first-grade product requirement of the concrete external curing agent is achieved.
