The invention provides an efficient bridge construction deck leveling device which comprises an electric moving vehicle, a mounting seat is arranged above the electric moving vehicle and connected with the electric moving vehicle through a rotating assembly, a cab is mounted above the mounting seat, and a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate are mounted on the two sides of the mounting seat correspondingly. The first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are both connected with the mounting base through first hydraulic rods, a flattening assembly is mounted on the second connecting plate, a connecting frame is arranged on one side of the first connecting plate and connected with the first connecting plate through a lifting assembly, a fixing plate is mounted on the connecting frame, and a leveling assembly is arranged below the fixing plate. By adjusting the distance between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, the working range of the leveling assembly and the working range of the flattening assembly can be adjusted under the condition that the position of the electric moving vehicle is not changed, meanwhile, the mounting base can rotate on the electric moving vehicle, then the working range of the device becomes annular, and the working range is wider.
