The invention discloses a hanging basket suspended casting construction method for a bridge engineering prestressed box girder, which comprises the following steps: mounting a hanging basket in place, and splicing by adopting a reverse construction method, namely transporting all components of the hanging basket to a construction site, cleaning and detecting a mounting position, and mounting a rail; the hanging basket needs to be anchored and hung on a constructed beam section in the working process to become an aerial platform for construction operation of the next section, and after construction of one section of the bridge is completed, the next section of the bridge can be constructed by moving and fixing the hanging basket; and in the hanging basket walking operation, the hanging basket walks in the mode that the track beam is jacked firstly and then the main truss is jacked. The technical problems of linear control, multiple system conversion and the like in hanging basket cantilever casting construction can be solved.
