The invention discloses a pipe culvert protection construction method which comprises the following steps: building a pile foundation construction platform in advance, carrying out pile foundation construction, dismantling the construction platform after the pile foundation construction is completed, then carrying out abutment foundation construction, and finally completing pipe culvert structure construction and road surface layer construction. The method solves the problem that existing pipelines buried in the earlier stage are easily affected in construction due to the fact that a construction area coincides with an earlier-stage commissioning project, and overcomes the technical defects that in a pipeline protection method in the prior art, influences on existing pipelines close to each other cannot be avoided, and the protection effect is poor. The pre-embedded pipeline protection device has the characteristics that the influence on the existing pipeline which is close to the pipeline can be avoided, and the pre-embedded pipeline in the early-stage project can be effectively protected.
