The invention relates to a large-span corrugated steel-concrete composite structure shed tunnel and a construction method thereof. According to the large-span shed tunnel with the corrugated steel-concrete combined structure, deformation of the two sides of the corrugated steel-concrete combined arch ring can be reduced by arranging the filling layers, and the structural stability is guaranteed; a horizontal top reinforcing mesh is arranged in a filling layer above the top of a corrugated steel-concrete combined arch ring, main load-bearing steel bars are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of a shed tunnel, and the top reinforcing mesh, the filling layer and the corrugated steel-concrete combined arch ring are stressed together to form a deck-like beam-arch combined stress system. Meanwhile, horizontal anchoring steel bars are arranged on the two sides of the corrugated steel-concrete combined arch ring, the corrugated steel-concrete combined arch ring and the filling layer concrete on the two sides are anchored into a whole through the horizontal anchoring steel bars, and the overall stability and stress performance of the shed tunnel are further improved; and the protection requirement of a larger-span shed tunnel can be met.
