The invention discloses an anti-scour protection device and protection method for waste pipelines used for a salt pan dam, two adjacent pipelines are connected through flanges on the sides of the pipelines by using waste hemp pipes which are used for salt pan brine guide, and the flanges are fixed through bolts. Eyebolts are installed on pipe bodies of the pipelines, the eyebolts are wound through mooring ropes, the mooring ropes tightly fix the multiple pipelines side by side through the eyebolts, the multiple pipelines are arranged on the dam face of the brine dam body side by side and tightly attached to the edge of the dam body, a steel pipe is obliquely inserted into the lowest end of the dam body to fix the waste pipelines, and the steel pipe is parallel to the pipelines. And gaps between the steel pipes are filled with saline soil, so that the dam face has good sealing performance. The pipeline can effectively block flushing of brine, a certain protection effect on the dam body is achieved, the material of the pipeline is not prone to being corroded by the brine, a layer of thick crystalline salt is formed on the surface of the pipeline after the brine is flushed for a period of time, the pipeline and the dam body are further protected, and therefore the risk that the dam body is damaged is reduced. In addition, waste resources are recycled, so that the concept of turning waste into wealth, promoting circular economy and saving resources and cost is realized.
本发明公开了一种废旧管道用于盐田堤坝的防冲刷保护装置及保护方法,利用盐田导卤所废弃的旧麻管,通过管道边上的法兰将两根相邻的管道进行连接,法兰与法兰之间用螺栓进行固定。在管道管身安装吊环螺栓,吊环螺栓之间用缆绳加以缠绕,缆绳通过吊环螺栓将多个管道并排固定紧密,多个管道并排设置于卤水坝体的坝面上,紧贴坝体边缘放置,坝体的最下端用钢管斜插用以固定废旧管道,钢管与管道呈平行状,用盐土将钢管之间的缝隙进行填充,使坝面具有较好的密封性。管道可以有效阻挡卤水的冲刷,对坝体起到一定的保护作用,并且管道材质不易被卤水腐蚀,卤水经一段时间的冲刷后在管道表面形成一层厚厚的结晶盐,进一步对管道和坝体起到保护作用,从而降低坝体损毁的风险。此外废弃资源回收再利用也实现了变废为宝、促进循环经济的理念以及节约了资源和费用。
