The invention discloses a sustainable ecological restoration structure for a steep slope. The sustainable ecological restoration structure comprises a surface soil supporting structure, a deep soil attachment structure, a rainwater collection and storage structure and a surface artificial soil layer, the surface soil supporting structure comprises a plurality of distributed bamboo and wood anchor rods which are uniformly arranged on the steep bare slope; the deep soil attachment structure comprises bamboo woven soil gabions which are arranged at the midpoints of all squares of the distributed bamboo and wood anchor rods of the square grid structure; the rainwater collection and storage structure comprises supporting bamboo anchor rods arranged on the lower portion of the bamboo woven soil gabion, and X-shaped partition baffles are further arranged on the side faces of the portions, exposed out of the steep slope, of the supporting bamboo anchor rods in a combined mode. The surface artificial soil layer is a hammered and fully paved artificial soil layer; the invention further discloses a corresponding repairing method. Materials are convenient to take and environmentally friendly, enough soil layer thickness is provided, the soil structure is locked, and continuous water supply is achieved. And the method has good sustainable ecological restoration capability.
