The invention discloses a plugging auxiliary device and a plugging method for plugging a reserved line pipe, the auxiliary device comprises a filling and compacting assembly and a limiting blocking piece which are connected to the two sides of a masonry wall respectively, the filling and compacting assembly is used for filling cement into a wall bushing reserved in the masonry wall, and under the cooperation of the limiting blocking piece, the filling and compacting assembly and the limiting blocking piece are used for blocking the reserved line pipe. The plugging method comprises the following steps that S1, a filling and compacting assembly and a limiting and blocking piece are arranged on the two sides of a masonry wall correspondingly, and the position of the filling and compacting assembly and the position of the limiting and blocking piece correspond to the position of the wall bushing reserved in the masonry wall; s2, cement for plugging is placed on the filling and compacting assembly; and S3, the limiting blocking piece is matched with a filling and compacting assembly to fill the wall bushing with cement, and the cement in the wall bushing is compacted. According to the plugging auxiliary device for plugging the reserved line pipe and the plugging method, the plugging compactness is improved, and the body wall cracking condition in follow-up construction is avoided.
