The low-energy-consumption oxygen-enriched ecological sunlight room for the high-altitude area comprises four assembly walls which define a room body, the first ends of the four assembly walls are jointly connected with a floor structure, and the second ends of the four assembly walls are jointly connected with a glass cover plate; wherein the four assembly wall bodies are provided with rock wool interlayers, any assembly wall body is further provided with a room door structure and/or a window structure communicated with the interior of the house body, and the inner wall face of at least one assembly wall body is provided with a plurality of sets of cultivation pots used for plant growth; an air pillow film structure layer is further assembled at the second ends of the four assembled wall bodies, and the air pillow film structure layer is located on the face, close to the floor structure, of the glass cover plate; the roof of the house body is sealed through the glass cover plate and the air pillow film structure layer, it can be guaranteed that external light enters the house body to be used for plant growth, the indoor oxygen concentration is guaranteed, meanwhile, the heat preservation performance of the house body is effectively enhanced, the indoor temperature is increased, and a living environment more beneficial to living of plants and residents is formed.
