And the pretension force of the stay wire reaches the design value through a sensor and a limiting fixing nut which are arranged on the sensor fixing support. According to the invention, the pretension force of the stay wire can be measured, and the stay wire can be connected with the stay wire disc foundation pull rod, so that the stay wire plays a design role, and the safety of the anemometer tower is ensured.
