Device and method for erecting combined stay wire angle steel tower
The invention discloses an erecting device and method for erecting a combined type stay wire angle steel tower. The erecting method comprises the steps that segmented tower columns needing to be erected are detached and arranged in sequence; concrete is pre-poured at the mounting position to form an erecting base capable of placing the angle steel tower; the segmented tower columns are assembled in sequence, and cross arms are installed; stay wires are hung on the four outer side faces of the tower column, and the other ends of the stay wires are connected with the wire winding assembly; a worker starts the winding assembly to gradually tighten the stay wire, so that the mounted tower column is gradually pulled up by the stay wire to stand at a preset mounting position at the top of the erection base, and the worker shuts down the winding assembly; a worker fixes the angle steel tower and the erection base through a mounting flange and a bolt; and a maintenance ladder stand is installed on the outer side of the angle steel tower, and workers disassemble the stay wire through the maintenance ladder stand. The angle steel tower has the beneficial effects that transportation obstacles can be reduced through tower column segmentation, workers can conveniently assemble the angle steel tower, and the angle steel tower can adapt to various installation environments.
