When the side-mounted window handle is installed, the handle mechanism is installed on the side face of a window sash frame, the locking transmission mechanism is installed on the side face, opposite to the handle mechanism, of the other window sash frame, and then the handle mechanism and the locking transmission mechanism are connected and fixed through the connecting mechanism. During use, the handle mechanism is operated to drive the lock point transmission mechanism to be switched to a locking state or an unlocking state, so that a window is locked or opened, and the safety and the reliability can be improved through the two lock pins.
