A preheating area, a calcining area and a cooling area are sequentially arranged in a kiln body from top to bottom; n combustion chambers which are made of high-temperature-resistant materials and provided with openings in the lower ends are arranged in the calcining area, each combustion chamber is provided with a combustion port communicated to the outside of the kiln body, a combustor is arranged on each combustion port, and each combustor is provided with a fuel connector pipe connected with a fuel supply pipeline and an air supply connector pipe for supplying air to the corresponding combustion chamber; an in-kiln waste heat pipe is arranged in the cooling area and provides hot air and oxygen for each combustion chamber through a waste heat fan; the preheating area is provided with an in-kiln flue gas pipe communicated to the outside of the kiln body, and the outer side end of the in-kiln flue gas pipe is communicated with a chimney. The device is high in heat efficiency, energy-saving, environment-friendly, uniform in calcination, good in product quality and capable of realizing continuous production.
