The invention discloses a process for producing cement by using lithium slag to replace part of water granulated slag as a cement admixture, raw materials for cement production comprise limestone, sandstone, lithium slag, copper slag and fine aggregate, the raw materials for cement production further comprise water granulated slag, and the raw materials comprise the following components by weight ratio; the formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of limestone, 10-30 parts of sandstone, 50-80 parts of lithium slag, 5-15 parts of copper slag and 10-30 parts of fine aggregate. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the limestone, the sandstone, the lithium slag, the copper slag and the fine aggregate are added, and normal blanking is kept, so that the effect of normal production and use is achieved, meanwhile, the production cost is saved, the environmental protection pressure is relieved, and good social benefits are achieved.
