The invention discloses a method for synergistically inducing calcium carbonate deposition and solidification by bacillus subtilis and sporosarcina pasteurii. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a compound bacteria solution containing bacillus subtilis and sporosarcina pasteurii to treat loose particles; and 2) adding a calcification solution to carry out post-treatment on the treated loose particles. The invention also provides the bacillus subtilis with the preservation number of CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) NO: M 20231896. According to the invention, the compound bacteria liquid containing bacillus subtilis and sporosarcina pasteurii synergistically promotes the induced calcification efficiency of microorganisms, and improves the cementing property, toughness and hardness of the calcified material.
