The invention relates to the field of grouting reinforcement materials, and particularly discloses a high-strength mining grouting reinforcement material and a preparation method thereof.The high-strength mining grouting reinforcement material is prepared from, by weight, 50-90 parts of superfine cement, 5-10 parts of fine aggregate, 5-15 parts of expanding agent, 2-4 parts of accelerator and 1-4 parts of water reducing agent; by adjusting the types and mixing amounts of the raw materials, the tensile strength, the ultimate tensile strain, the compressive strength, the ultimate compressive strain and the bonding strength of the obtained mining grouting reinforcement material are 49.1 MPa and 29.6% respectively, 97.3 MPa and 24.8% respectively, and the mining grouting reinforcement material has high mechanical properties and bonding properties.
