The invention belongs to the technical field of road base and industrial waste treatment, and discloses a pavement base material of modified iron tailings and a preparation and application method of the pavement base material. In the pavement base material, a stabilized material is only iron tailings, and cement is used as a cementing material, so that large-scale consumption of the iron tailings is realized; the resource utilization rate of the iron tailings is improved, and the tension of road engineering gravel materials is relieved. Soluble sodium salt and KH-550 are utilized to form a modifier A, castor oil sodium sulfonate, triisopropanolamine and sodium tetradecyl sulfate are utilized to form a modifier B, the modifier A is firstly utilized to modify the iron tailings, so that the surface of the iron tailings shows strong electronegativity, and the synergistic effect with the modifier B is enhanced; and then the modifier B is further mixed with the modified iron tailings, so that the compactness of the iron tailing pavement base material is effectively improved, the compressive strength of the iron tailing pavement base material is improved, and the water stability of the iron tailing pavement base material is improved.
本发明属于道路基层及工业废弃物处理技术领域,本发明公开了一种改性铁尾矿的路面基层材料及其制备、应用方法,本发明的路面基层材料中,被稳定材料只有铁尾矿,利用水泥作为胶凝材料使用,实现了铁尾矿大规模的消耗,提高了铁尾矿资源化利用率,缓解道路工程砂石料的紧张。本发明利用可溶性钠盐和KH‑550组成改性剂A,利用蓖麻油磺酸钠、三异丙醇胺和十四烷基硫酸钠组成改性剂B,先利用改进剂A对铁尾矿进行改性,使铁尾矿表面表现强电负性,增强与改性剂B协同作用;然后将改性剂B与改性后的铁尾矿进一步混合,有效提高了铁尾矿路面基层材料的紧密度从而提高了铁尾矿路面基层材料的抗压强度,并且提高了铁尾矿路面基层材料的水稳定性能。
