The water-based epoxy floor coating system comprises a water-based priming coat, a water-based epoxy mortar layer, a water-based epoxy putty layer, first water-based epoxy finish paint and second water-based epoxy finish paint which are sequentially painted on a concrete base layer. The water-based paint has the beneficial effects that clear water is used as a diluent and is harmless to human health, the water-based paint is free of harmful cancerogenic substances as a solvent except that resin and part of auxiliaries need to be extracted from petroleum, a large amount of precious petroleum resources are saved, and the water-based paint does not contain harmful substances and does not volatilize into the air, so that the defects of easy yellowing and the like are overcome; the effect is more lasting.
