Multi-tower suspension bridge middle tower anti-slide performance optimization adjusting device and method
The invention discloses a device and method for optimizing and adjusting the anti-slide performance of a middle tower of a multi-tower suspension bridge, and the device comprises a temporary lock clamp which is connected with a main cable; the tensioning device is fixed with the pile foundation; the tensioning device and the pile foundation are fixed through anchoring twisted steel bars. The upper end of the steel strand is fixed to the temporary lock clamp, and the lower end of the steel strand is connected with the tensioning device. Mutual sliding between the middle tower main cable and the saddle groove can be effectively limited in the hoisting construction process of the first beam of the multi-tower suspension bridge, and therefore the overall rigidity and the stress performance of the bridge type in the construction process are improved.
本发明公开了一种多塔悬索桥中塔抗滑性能优化调节装置及方法,包括:临时锁夹,其与主缆连接;张拉装置,其与桩基固定;张拉装置与桩基之间通过锚固螺纹钢筋固定。钢绞线,其上端与临时锁夹固定,其下端与张拉装置连接。本发明能够在多塔悬索桥首片梁吊装施工过程中有效限制中塔主缆与鞍槽间的相互滑动,从而提高该类桥型在施工过程中的整体刚度及受力性能。
