The invention discloses a supporting unit piece which comprises H-shaped steel, a reinforcing plate is welded to a flange of the H-shaped steel, a notch of a groove of the H-shaped steel is closed, a containing cavity is formed between the H-shaped steel and the reinforcing plate, and concrete is poured into the containing cavity. The ends, deviating from the reinforcing plates, of the flanges of the H-shaped steel form connecting ends, and bolt holes are formed in the connecting ends. End plates are welded to the two ends of the H-shaped steel, openings, facing the length direction of the H-shaped steel, of two notches of the H-shaped steel are closed, and connecting holes are formed in the end plates. The invention further discloses a foundation pit supporting structure composed of the supporting unit pieces and a construction method of the foundation pit supporting structure. The supporting unit piece has higher strength and rigidity of a structural piece, and foundation pit supporting components such as a combined crown beam, a combined enclosing purlin, a horizontal support and a support can be conveniently manufactured through the supporting unit piece.
