Floor scaffold foundation near side slope and construction method thereof
The invention provides a near side slope floor scaffold foundation which comprises a plurality of reinforcing steel pipes, the reinforcing steel pipes are pressed into an earthwork foundation below a floor scaffold, the reinforcing steel pipes are arranged in the plane projection range of the floor scaffold, and the reinforcing steel pipes are evenly distributed at certain intervals in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. The upper portions of the reinforcing steel pipes are connected with the reinforcing mesh, and the tops of the reinforcing steel pipes extend into the concrete cushion layer. The reinforcing mesh is arranged in the earthwork and at the lower end of the concrete cushion layer; and the concrete cushion layer is poured at the lower end of the floor scaffold and the upper end of the reinforcing mesh. Load of the floor scaffold is evenly transmitted to the reinforcing steel pipes through the cushion layer, the reinforcing steel pipes downwards transmit the load to the deeper position of the foundation, the load of a slope is reduced, and meanwhile the floor scaffold has high bearing capacity for local or large-area disengagement.
本发明提供一种临边坡落地脚手架基础,包括数个加固钢管,所述数个加固钢管压进落地脚手架下方的土方基础,所述数个加固钢管设置在落地脚手架的平面投影范围内,所述数个加固钢管在纵向、横向保持一定的间距均匀排布,所述数个加固钢管的上部均与钢筋网片连接,所述数个加固钢管的顶部均延伸至混凝土垫层内;所述钢筋网片设置在土方内、混凝土垫层的下端;所述混凝土垫层浇筑于落地脚手架的下端、钢筋网片的上端。本发明落地脚手架荷载通过垫层均匀的传递给加固钢管,由加固钢管向下传递至较深的基础深处,减轻了边坡的荷载,同时对局部或者大面积脱空有较强的承载能力。
