Four anchor bolt frame bodies which are arranged in a rectangular mode are installed on the inner ring of the groove body steel reinforcement framework, an upper-layer formwork which forms a rectangle in a surrounding mode is installed on the upper end face of the groove body steel reinforcement framework, and tower crane foundation upper-layer steel bars are laid on the upper end face of the upper-layer formwork. The upper end of the foundation anchor frame body penetrates through tower crane foundation upper-layer steel bars, lower-layer formworks are installed on the outer sides of the groove body steel bar frameworks, and the tower crane foundation upper-layer steel bars are formed by arranging a plurality of long steel bars in a net shape. The method has the characteristics of saving building materials, reducing construction noise, avoiding dust pollution, reducing construction cost, reducing construction difficulty and the like.
