Reset connecting device and resettable prefabricated concrete cable trench
The invention provides a reset connecting device which is arranged at the joint position of adjacent prefabricated concrete cable trenches, reset node assemblies of the connecting device are arranged on the two sides of the joint respectively, an elastic reset piece is connected between the reset node assemblies, and the end of the elastic reset piece is contained in reset oil cylinders of the reset node assemblies. When the prefabricated concrete cable trench is dislocated due to short-time external force, the elastic reset piece is deformed due to tensile force, and oil in the reset oil cylinder is compressed; when an external load causing dislocation of the cable trench disappears, under the hydraulic action in the reset oil cylinder, the elastic reset piece rebounds, the two reset node assemblies connected with the elastic reset piece are pulled to return, and then the cable trench fixed to the elastic reset piece is reset. In this way, deformation and damage to the connecting position of the prefabricated concrete cable trench caused by external transient loads are effectively avoided. The invention further provides a resettable prefabricated concrete cable trench.
本发明提供了一种复位连接装置,设置于相邻的预制混凝土电缆沟接缝位置,接缝两侧分别设置连接装置的复位节点组件,复位节点组件之间连接有弹性复位片,弹性复位片的端部容纳于复位节点组件的复位油缸内,当预制混凝土电缆沟受到短时外力出现错位时,弹性复位片受到拉力产生形变,压缩复位油缸内的油液;当令电缆沟出现错位的外部载荷消失后,在复位油缸内的液压作用下,将弹性复位片回弹,拉动其所连接的两个复位节点组件回位,进而使与其固定的电缆沟复位,通过这样的方式有效避免外部短暂荷载对预制混凝土电缆沟连接处的造成的变形和损伤。本发明还提供了一种可复位预制混凝土电缆沟。
