The invention provides a soft soil area deep foundation pit support changing construction method which comprises the steps that relevant parameters of an enclosure structure, a waterproof curtain and a supporting system are calculated and confirmed, the stress of blade wall support changing is calculated according to the support disassembling working condition, and the section and reinforcing bars of a blade wall used for support changing are calculated and confirmed; excavating a first layer of earthwork, and constructing a first enclosing purlin and a first support; after the first enclosing purlin and the first support reach the strength required by design, second earthwork is excavated, and a second enclosing purlin and a second support are constructed; after the second enclosing purlin and the second support reach the strength required by design, earthwork is excavated to the bottom of the foundation pit, and a basement bottom plate is constructed; after the basement bottom plate reaches the strength required by design, a plurality of blade walls are constructed for support replacement; after the blade wall reaches the strength required by the design, the second support, the first enclosing purlin and the first support are dismantled, and the basement structure is constructed to positive and negative zero; and after the fertilizer groove is backfilled, the blade wall located in the basement is removed.
