The invention relates to the field of building thermal insulation materials, in particular to a biological straw thermal insulation and decoration integrated board and a preparation method thereof.The biological straw thermal insulation and decoration integrated board is prepared from a high-density biological straw layer, a glass fiber grid, a low-density biological straw layer, a sound insulation layer and seal primer through a pressing and compounding technology; the high-density biological straw layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 400 to 600 parts of biological straw, 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 40 to 60 parts of glass fiber powder, 50 to 100 parts of epoxy modified silicone oil, 50 to 100 parts of hollow glass beads, 300 to 400 parts of an adhesive, 20 to 30 parts of building waste residue powder, 800 to 900 parts of a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant and 5 to 10 parts of a magnesium hydroxide flame retardant; the heat preservation and decoration integrated board is not prone to deformation, high in weather resistance, good in flame retardant effect and capable of insulating sound and absorbing sound.
