Integral hoisting process for steel structure
The invention discloses an integral hoisting process for a steel structure. The integral hoisting process comprises the steps that a processing plant prepares foundation supporting columns, temporary supporting components, steel structure columns, steel structure beams and connecting structural parts according to drawings; the foundation supporting columns prepared in the factory in the first step are transported to a construction site, and foundation pit backfilling is conducted after the foundation supporting columns are arranged according to the fixed-point lofting positions; temporary supporting components are fixedly installed at the upper ends of the foundation supporting columns, and the steel structure beams and the steel structure columns are assembled into a steel structure frame through connecting structural components; the bottom of the steel structure frame is rotationally connected with the temporary supporting component, the steel structure frame rotates around the temporary supporting component through hoisting equipment so that the bottom of the steel structure frame can be in butt joint with the foundation supporting column, and the foundation supporting column, the connecting structural component and the steel structure frame are fixedly connected; according to the steel structure hoisting process, during hoisting and splicing, the steel structure frame can rotate through the temporary supporting components, rapid butt joint between modules is achieved, and installation and fixing are convenient.
